Women's Functional & Integrative Health Coaching
My journey into health coaching began long before I ever called it that.
As a college freshman, I woke up one morning with a level of pain so intense I was certain something was seriously wrong. A friend drove me to the campus health center, but by the time I was seen, the pain had subsided. I was sent home with uncertainty and a vague suggestion: “Maybe it’s your gallbladder—come back if it happens again.”
It did happen again. And again.
It would take 24 years before a practitioner finally listened to my full story and connected the dots, leading to a diagnosis of PCOS.
That experience shaped everything.
Even with a diagnosis in hand, I realized something important: healing doesn’t come from information alone—it comes from understanding your body, your patterns, and your story.
A functional medicine provider helped me identify what was going on.
But it was health coaching that helped me change my life.
Because real, lasting change happens in the day-to-day:
-
how you eat
-
how you move
-
how you sleep
-
how you respond to stress
-
how you care for yourself
And most importantly—how you understand yourself.
I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone is truly heard. When your full story is taken into account. When the right questions are asked—not just to diagnose, but to uncover what’s been missing.
That’s the work we do together.
Through an integrative, whole-person approach, we look at:
-
nutrition and physical health
-
daily habits and environment
-
stress, mindset, and emotional well-being
-
movement, rest, and recovery
-
purpose, fulfillment, and connection
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to start, we don’t begin with a perfect plan.
We begin with you.
Your story. Your patterns. Your goals.
I’ll be your partner in the process—helping you connect the dots, build a realistic path forward, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
But you’re always in the driver’s seat.
