Birth Support & Maternal Wellness

Maternal Wellness & Birth Support

I trained as a doula through DONA International in 2018, but over time I came to see that maternal health doesn’t begin at labor—or even at pregnancy.

It begins well before conception and continues long after birth.

I also saw something else:
Most women already know what supports their health.
But knowing and doing are not the same.

In the midst of real life—busy schedules, shifting identities, physical changes, and emotional demands—those “healthy choices” can feel difficult to access, let alone sustain. Because change isn’t about willpower.

It’s about support, context, and the right kind of guidance.

A Different Kind of Support

Perinatal health coaching is not about handing you a checklist or telling you what to do.

It’s a collaborative, client-led process that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you are:

  • preparing for pregnancy

  • navigating pregnancy

  • planning for birth

  • adjusting to postpartum life

—we work together to support your whole experience:

  • physical health and nourishment

  • emotional well-being and stress support

  • rest, recovery, and realistic routines

  • preparation for birth and postpartum

  • identity shifts and life transitions

Your Path, Your Pace

Every woman’s journey is different.

There is no single “right” way to move through this season of life—but there is a way that feels aligned, supported, and sustainable for you.

My role is to:

  • listen deeply

  • help you connect the dots

  • support you in building habits that actually fit your life

  • and walk alongside you as you navigate this transition

Where Will Your Path Lead You?

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Wherever you are in your journey, we begin there—together.
